Ezer - Privacy Policy

Ezer ("Ezer", "we", "us") is an AI personal-assistant service operated by
Revgineer (Israeli business ID 303464796). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect
- Account details - your email address (for sign-in) and display name.
- Messaging identity - the Telegram (and, where enabled, WhatsApp) account
ID you link, so Ezer knows it's you.
- Your messages to Ezer - the content of your conversations, used to carry
out what you ask.
- Connected Google data (only if you connect Google): your Google Calendar
events and Google Drive files that you create with or share to Ezer. We request the minimum
scopes needed: Calendar (read + manage events) and
drive.file (only files Ezer
creates or you explicitly open with it - not your whole Drive). We do not
request access to Gmail.
- Usage metadata - message counts, timestamps, and AI token/cost figures,
used to run the service, show you your usage, and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To operate the assistant - answer you, and take the actions you request.
- To keep you signed in and route your messages to your own workspace.
- To show you usage, enforce fair-use limits, and debug errors.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train
third-party AI models.
Google user data - Limited Use. Ezer's use and transfer of information received
from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including its
Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the
features you request, is never sold, never used for ads, and is not used to train generalized AI
models. Humans do not read your Google data except with your consent, for security, or as
required by law.
How we share Google user data (with whom)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data, and we never use it for
advertising. We share or disclose it only in these limited cases:
- Service providers (subprocessors) that operate Ezer on our behalf, only as
needed to deliver the features you use:
- Anthropic - the AI provider whose model powers Ezer; it processes the
content of your request (which may include Google data you ask about) to generate a reply,
and does not use it to train its models.
- Google - the source of the data, accessed via the Google APIs you authorize.
- Cloudflare, Fly.io, Supabase - hosting, compute, and the database that
store and move the data needed to run the service.
- Telegram (and, where you enable it, WhatsApp) - the
messaging channel that delivers Ezer's replies to you.
- With your consent, for security (e.g. investigating abuse or
fraud), or when required by law.
We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to any other third party.
How we protect your data (data-protection mechanisms)
- Encryption in transit: all data moves over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Encryption at rest: your Google OAuth refresh token is encrypted with
AES-256-GCM and is never stored in plaintext; all other data is held in our
database with provider-managed encryption at rest.
- Access controls: each user's data is isolated to their own account; database
access is restricted to the service itself (no public access) using least-privilege credentials.
Humans do not access your Google data except with your consent, for security, or as required by law.
- Deletion: disconnecting Google or deleting your account removes the associated
tokens and data (see below).
Retention & your choices
- Disconnect Google anytime from your connections page, or at
myaccount.google.com/permissions
- this deletes the stored token.
- Unlink a channel or delete your account from your dashboard;
deleting your account removes your profile, linked identities, and stored tokens.
- Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].

We'll update this page and its "last updated" date when this policy changes materially.
